We provide a free “get to know us” 15 minute chat where you have the opportunity to ask questions, learn more about the services we offer and find out how we can best support you.
If at any point you would like advice on seeking fertility specialist help, we can also guide you through this.
Fertility Consultation
$95
Maybe you’re planning a family within the next year and would like to know how to optimise your health and pinpoint your fertile window? Or maybe you’ve been trying to conceive for some time with no success? Have you had a reproductive diagnosis that you want to learn more about? Or you’re simply wanting to find out more about fertility awareness?
This service is for new or existing clients who wish to have a 45 minute consultation with one of our fertility educators.
We offer advice for those wishing to use fertility awareness as a mode of conception, or for natural family planning / contraception.
You will have the opportunity to ask the questions you’ve been waiting for or if you are a returning client and would like further support this service will also be appropriate for you.
Our fertility consultation will consist of:
Asking questions about you, including medical history to help us get to know you better and explore your individual needs
Your fertility journey so far and what you would like help with
Cycle charting advice
Lifestyle advice
Support following a reproductive health diagnosis
Documented summary of your consultation
Action plan
We will also be a listening ear to any questions you may have or give advice on how to seek specialist fertility help if we believe this may be required.
Natural Fertility Package
$295
Have you tried everything you can think of, yet every month you’re met with disappointment when your period arrives? We really empathise with you and we’re here to help you as you navigate through the emotions that a fertility journey can bring.
This package is most suitable for clients wishing to learn more about their reproductive health and understanding the most optimal time for intercourse.
We are able to spend a greater amount of time to ensure a more comprehensive understanding of Fertility Awareness Methods and are there to support you and interpret your cycles to help you depict your fertile window.
Our package involves:
90 minute initial consultation where we learn more about you and your fertility journey so far
You will receive a cycle charting workbook and education on how to complete these
A documented action plan and interpretation of cycle charts following your initial consultation
Coastal conception resources pack (including lifestyle, supplements and “how to” guides on various Fertility Awareness Methods)
Up to 2x 30-45 minute follow up consultations to interpret your cycle charts
Ongoing support for 4 months (as needed) whether it’s weekly, fortnightly, or monthly. We will be in regular contact with you to ensure you feel supported during your fertility journey and be there to answer any questions you may have
Guidance and coaching - if the emotions of this journey ever get ‘too much’ we’re here for you
Advice on having further investigations or getting a referral to a fertility specialist if appropriate for you
IVF / ART Support
As fertility nurses we understand the complex nature of undergoing fertility treatment. We are here to support you, ensuring your wellbeing is maintained throughout what can be a very overwhelming journey.
